Nicholle Harris practices in the area of public law, providing general
legal services to municipalities across the state. Her focus includes
municipal law in matters relating to the operations of municipalities,
including drafting ordinances, resolutions, easements, administrative
procedures and policies. Ms. Harris represents clients in negotiating
real property transactions, leases, contracts and intergovernmental
agreements and has special expertise in procurement law, code
enforcement, and public records law. Nicholle serves on the Firm’s
Diversity Committee and Client Committee.
Prior to joining Gust Rosenfeld, Nicholle served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, where she monitored and enforced compliance with the state and federal regulation of businesses in the tobacco industry.
